  Position: Senior Recruitment Consultant

Location : New Delhi

Job Profile :

  • Successfully process clients’ requirements for senior /middle/ junior levels through data bank sourcing and screening and head hunting.
  • Evaluating CVs and Screening the candidates with telephonic, Interaction with candidates through direct interview for their communication skills, personality profile and attitude for the assignment.
  • Scheduling and facilitating the interview process. Co-ordinate with clients over phone for recruitment facilitation.
  • Preparing and maintaining the recruitment related documents.
Ideal Candidate’s Profile :

  • MBA or Engineering Graduates (preferably Young, soft-spoken, extrovert achievers with 4 to 8 years Industry experience in one of the one of the areas - Sales & Marketing / HR / Manufacturing / IT or with a good recruitment firm.
  • Strong commitment to delivery, relationship management & good communication skills with excellent working knowledge on computer are a must.

     
  Position: Associate Recruitment Consultant

Location : New Delhi

Job Profile :

  • Begin a growth oriented career in HR Consultancy.
  • Assist Sr. Consultants in successfully processing clients’ requirements for senior /middle/ junior levels through data bank sourcing and screening and head hunting.

Job Profile :

  • Successfully process clients’ requirements for all levels in IT / ITES/Telecom industry(s) through data bank search & head hunting, interaction with candidates, co-ordinate with clients for recruitment facilitation.
Ideal Candidate’s Profile :

  • Young, soft-spoken, extrovert achiever (preferably MBA) with 2 to 5 yrs. exp. in resourcing in IT / ITES/Telecom industry(s). Thorough understanding of BPO/call centre recruitments. Good communication skills with excellent knowledge of IT is a must.
  • Scheduling and facilitating the interview process. Co-ordinate with clients over phone for recruitment facilitation.

     
  Position: Manager Operations

Location : New Delhi

Job Profile :

  • Understanding Clients’ requirements and ensure a successful Search process executed through the team of consultants.
  • Keep the clients updated on the progress being made.
  • Prioritize client type and requirements keeping in mind the turn around time and profitability.
  • Provide excellent MIS.
  • Ensure meeting of individual as well as Team TARGETS.
  • Training, motivating, supporting & guiding the team.
Ideal Candidate’s Profile :

  • Graduate/Post graduate with at least 7 to 10years experience in heading a business activity and leading a team
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Pleasant personality with good convincing power.
  • Should be able to provide leadership internally
  • Ability to analyze and synthesize information into valuable intelligence for a sophisticated clientele.
  • A high level of energy, self-motivation, competitiveness, and desire to make an impact.

  Position: Business Development Manager  

Location : New Delhi

Job Profile :

  • Overall business development and push to the existing business by:
  • Identifying potential clients,
  • Develop contacts & Generate business from Corporate Clients;
  • Maintain business relations,
  • Client Servicing & increase in business with existing customers;
  • Co-ordinate with other departments for timely execution of assignments. Overall facilitation of business
Ideal Candidate’s Profile :

  • You are a dynamic, young, energetic & go-getter having at least 5 years experience in Corporate Sales / Client Relationship.
  • Ideally you belong to the Services Industry and have thorough experience in Corporate Sales only.
  • Excellent track record of Business Development & CRM.
  • Good commercial skills are a must.
